Good service, but a lacks a little in updating on back orders and delivery dates, had to chase up a few times

Bedhead was good

Delivery team marked the beds and they required cleaning. All packaging was filthy and made the rooms and walls dirty where the items were left.

The bed frame looks great in our room and the style was exactly what we were after. However, once assembled, some of the build quality didn't quite live up to expectations, which was disappointing. To their credit, when we reached out to Beds n Frames about our concerns, they were fantastic. The team handled our follow-up professionally and worked with us to reach a fair settlement we were happy with. Their customer service was genuinely excellent, both at the point of sale and when we needed support afterwards. Overall, while the product itself fell a little short on quality, the way Beds n Frames handled the situation really stood out. Would consider shopping with them again based on how well they looked after us.
