solid bed (definitely needed 2 people to put together. Pleased with my choice so far. I, however, didn't purchase it from your "online store". I wouldn't buy something this based on a picture on a website. The staff member, instore, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you

Great customer service and the manager of the store that looked after us on that day was very friendly and gave us great advice on the mattress that would suit our needs.

The entire process of finding my new bed was made smooth and easy by the beds and dream team. Delivery was also smooth as I was not charged any extra for the 3 flights of stairs up to my unit along with a friendly delivery driver
