We are very happy with the in store service for purchasing beds and bedside tables. Everyone was very friendly and informative. The delivery also went without a hitch even though the delivery guys had to carry the bases up to the fifth floor because they could not fit in the lift. The beds and pillows are a dream to sleep on. The in store service was excellent with no pressure applied to purchase. We purchased during a half price sale but manage to get more off that price. The delivery was prompt and the guys were very helpful placing the mattress on the bed frame and removing the old one. We have only had the Hypnos Balmoral mattress for one week but we are very happy so far.

Great service
