We purchased this online after originally going to the Highpoint store to purchase it as it said it was available there. When we got there the salesman said it wasn’t available and there was at least a 4 + week wait. So I purchased it online to be collected from the Braybrook warehouse. A few days later I receive a call from the manager from the Dandenong warehouse to advise it wasn’t available from Braybrook but Dandenong. The problem is, we live 15-20mins from Braybrook and NO WHERE near Dandenong, hence why we selected Braybrook as the pick up location. A few calls and emails back and forth and it was arranged for us to collect it from the Watergardens store. When I phone them to advise the day we would come, I was told they already had it in stock and we didn’t need to wait for the transfer from Dandenong. What a muck around, but we got it in the end, staff were all so helpful, however the online system needs reviewing as it’s clearly not great.

Good product

Shipping and service was good and friendly. Although was advised to ensure 2 people pick up as no help will be given with loading but on the day 2 workers loaded it all for us so we had to take 2 kids for a long car ride unnecessarily.

I ordered the bed on line but there was no communication until I chased up weeks later.
