Shipping was late as well and I still haven't heard anymore from yourselves about sourcing me the metal frame

Box damaged and dirty, had been opened a number of times before

Shipping service poor. Paid extra for Saturday delivery item arrived Tuesday. Cannot find a phone number for this company

BBQs 2U have been great but this is my last KJ. It is stuck away in the corner of the garage as it is not safe.
