It was terrible, I never received it. They placed it outside my screen door which was unlocked and someone stoled it, so your service sucked

Very disappointed in them. I asked specific questions about receiving a wrong item including getting the right items or returning these. They never answered my questions. They asked for pictures. I again asked how to return. Next answer was they they are fixing the website pictures. I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.

Not good

I called the customer service number and my only option was to leave a voicemail message. I then sent two text messages to address my concerns about my order, only to receive a text message response from a number that wasn’t the same number I sent my text message to. Whoever it was didn’t give me their name or what company they were with. A second text message from the original number I texted also did not include any identifying information. My problem got resolved, but under suspicious circumstances. I’ll never use this company again!
