Hi. I was very impressed by the sales associate who helped me- her name was Juanita. She was super responsive, followed up on everything she said she would and even gave me a promo code so I could get a bit of a discount. She provided excellent customer service. With respect to the burners, they were the correct part and work great, helping to restore the performance of my grill greatly. Only complaint: price. One has to consider if it’s worth fixing a grill it just buying a new one when things like burners or grates give out.
