Having been impressed with my Valve review the computer has asked me to rate Barbeques Galore. I have to tell you I have been extremely impressed with the online functions of the store. I ordered a part, they charged my credit card and then the part was received! But it is more than that, I like to think of the person reviewing the order, and them kicking back with a cup of coffee and thinking to themselves, I have to rush this down to the shipping department. Then the shipping department having just polished off all the donuts leftover from yesterday drinks down there coffee after seeing the order. The shipping department swings into action the boxer upper person pulls just the perfect size box and some padding. The picker runs down the isle to the selected warehouse location and pulls the valve from inventory, the manager checks the valve against the packing slip and checks it approved. The boxer upper places the valve with great care into the box and using the wet tape machine to pull the perfect length of wetted tape to seal the box for its journey. The UPS truck shows up to accept the package for carriage to my receiving dock, at that point I can only assume with this level of customer service that the entire company is on the shipping dock as the box is loaded with bourbon on ice in their hands and beer they toast each other for another successful customer replacement valve on its way! They go home for dinner and share the days experience of how the whole system worked to get a customer in Colorado the part required so T-bones can once again do their thing for sustenance of the human species!!! You all did really good work!
