I purchased Bambu's utensils twice at different ordering days using the "USPS Ground Advantage", which is 4 business days. Both times, my 4-day delivery was delayed. I do not care very much for Bambu's shipping methods because they use the United States Postal Service as their delivery courier; if USPS is delayed for whatever reason, Bambu is not responsible. The product I purchased from Bambu is spectacular--the smoothness of the bamboo, and the ergonomics of it are superior. I definitely would recommend the bamboo cooking utensils from the company that has the name Bambu for one's personal kitchen cooking needs as well as one's professional kitchen cooking needs.
