The sheets are gorgeous. I’ve used bamboo sheets for years. I purchased a quilt cover and sheet set. I have found them to be very cold. I wrote to bamboo Sheets to enquire however there was no response from them. I am disappointed because it has really altered my sleeping pattern and I need to put an extra blanket on top and wear PJs.

I ordered 2x sheet sets The "Sandstone" sheets are actually a 'chocolate or latte' colour - certainly NOT what they look like in the picture or from the 'Sandstone' description - so extremely disappointed. The second set was the "Teal" again a lot darker 'green', but after first wash and placing placing the fitted KING size sheet to the mattress the corner stitching has come undone. The feel of these sheets are amazing.

Pillowcases are not standard size, they bigger than 'Standard pillows' and just a tad smaller than 'queen standard', so they are huge on my standard pillows. Its not mentioned in the description that they are bigger than standard (which one would assume all pillows would be standard size unless mentioned)... disappointing

I ordered the olive green striped sheets and received the silver. Despite taking photos and demonstrating they were the wrong ones, the customer service staff tried to gaslight me to convince me that it is olive. Agreed to refund return postage, but never did. They either have deceptive photos of what the olive green are or don't understand what olive greenis, or are happy to lie to customers when they send the wrong product. It took weeks to get a refund after many emails. In my opinion, this is a deceptive and bad company.
