The champagne flutes are lovely and look exactly like the flutes we used at the Cliveden House (where I fell in love with them!). But, what I am so entirely impressed with is AZ’s customer service. They are top notch in their service skills and know how to interact with the customer - even if there’s a hiccup with the order. In my case, one flute was recd broken during shipping.
