Large size order (greater than $300 for approx. 60 glasses and 1 ice bucket) allowed for free shipment (France to US), which improved value for money (probably a 10% saving overall). UK phone service was non-existent, but platform in France was very kind and attentive. Shipment was timely done, but one broken glass and one chipped glass. Did not ask for partial reimbursement, so I did not test the warranty service. Packing was insufficient: too much empty space in boxes, hence the damage after international shipment. Also, glasses were dusty upon arrival. I am accustomed to do business with Etsy, I have had better experience. But overall, a very decent shipment. I hope they will pay attention to my comments and seek to improve next order! All the best.
