I love the weight and look of these glasses. They are encouraging me to drink more wine :-) There was an issue with a couple of glasses arriving chipped, which seem to be a carrier issue because the box was not in great shape when we received them. However, customer service was excellent and I am very happy with this company.

We were at the Grand Hyatt in Kauai and we were served wine in these beautiful glasses. Our waiter said that they were Mikassa, so I "googled" and you came up! The price was spectacular and they arrived on New Year's Eve in perfect condition! Thank you so much for the wonderful products and customer service. It was all very easy!
