We were greatly anticipating the arrival of our wine glasses. DHL informed us that the delivery would be between 18:00 and 20:00 and per your suggestion, we planned to inspect the glasses before signing the receipt. Around 19:00, my husband happened to look outside. DHL had simply left the package on the front porch never asking for a signature. As bad as the box looked (pictures will be emailed), none of the glasses were damaged.
