I had my eye on an Avocado Mattress because of the clean ingredients that were used, for over a year before we were ready to make the purchase. When I started doing serious shopping I came across Awara, which uses equally clean ingredients but had an edge on the price. I decided to go with Awara and it has been amazing! The side support is great (something I was worried about) and the whole mattress took shape quickly and easily. I love the firmness of it as well.

I think this is a great mattress for someone. I suffer from fibro, and have many tender points. Because of this, I found the mattress to be too hard for me. It's a well made mattress.

Our old mattress was a disaster, kept waking up with a crippling backache and thought it was time for it to go. Luckily we found a shop, The Sleep Sherpa, that had a place where you could try out the latest in hybrid mattresses. For the most part the mattresses on the showroom floor were pretty good but when we tried out the Awara there was no contest. Not too hard, definitely not too soft, as Goldilocks found out, it was just right. What also sold us was that we were buying from an American-made product and that it was constructed with organic materials. It was fun to have it show up in a box and watch it expand when released from its hermetically sealed packaging. Pricing wasn't outrageous either. A win-win for us.

Purchased a queen size about 2 months ago. Love it! Great support & very comfortable!
