We were a little leery about purchasing a mattress online and having it arrive all rolled up, but have heard good things in general about these types of mattresses, so decided to give it a try. Our main reason for choosing this brand had to do with materials, warranty, and reviews The queen size mattress arrived very quickly and was easy to open and place on the bed frame. It did take two people to get it up the stairs to the second floor of my house, but the rest was easily managed by one person. The mattress looks very well made and has been quite comfortable. My husband is tall and weighs about 300 lbs and I fully expected him to complain because he was wary of not being able to lay on the mattress pre-purchase like you are able to do when purchasing through a local store. Shockingly, he really, really likes it and says his back feels better now. We have been sleeping on it for a couple of months and have zero complaints thus far. My experience with most mattresses is that they are ok in the beginning, but after a couple of years you aren't as happy with it anymore. Hopefully, since AWARA has a lifetime warranty, they will give us the opportunity to review this mattress again in a couple of years. At this point, the whole process has been simple and so easy that I don't really have a lot to say except that - it has been simple, easy, and very comfortable. We are happy with our purchase!
