Shopping experience was great. Our questions while ordering were answered promptly. Delivery was on time and did not take very long. Unwrapping the mattress while right on the bed worked really well and was convenient. I'm a female and did it myself. Love this mattress!

Finally, I am using the mattress, I could not write a review because I was waiting for the bed to arrive. I love it, I feel very comfortable, like sleeping in clouds, and the bedsheets that came with it are my favorites. Thank you!
