I have wanted this for awhile and was lucky enough to catch a sale. Knowing how great this is, I should have just paid regular price and bought it a year ago. My order was shipped the same day, arrived super fast, perfectly packaged. This is a valuable tool in freeze drying, freezing and sous vide. It stays out because we use it almost daily.
