Wow - you guys rock! I was very worried that since my order was several months out, I would be forgotten and any help sparse... Not all! I was kept up to date on the furniture manufacture and shipping all along the way. While I had some damage on the shipment from the carrier, itt was professionally handled by the AUTHENTEAK team and I was made whole - Thank you for the delightful experience and high-quality furniture! The Authenteak service was equally high quality!

I had an issue with my shipment. It was missing one pillow but in general the merchandise arrived at different times over the course of 9 months due to supply shortages and other Covid issues. It took us a while to realize that we were missing one pillow. The Authenteak customer service person was extremely responsive and made sure to follow up with the vendor and then follow up with me. He came back with an answer in a timely manner and understood my challenge.

Purchased Saber Grill online at a good price. Arrived as expected and in good condition. Fairly easy to assemble. Have used during winter conditions and heats evenly despite wind and cold. Would buy from AuthenTEAK again.
