AuthenTEAK had a wide selection, including the manufacturer we were looking to coordinate with. And at a good price for the quality. I understand why they sent the majority of the dining set as a single shipment, however, while ordering, was under the impression that the table itself was quick shipment. Would have been able to use while awaiting chairs and cushions. Regardless the set came on a pallet, packed impeccably and with no damage. Per the bill of lading I needed to inspect each and every piece. The delivery man was patient, friendly and professional while I did so. The table was easy to assemble (just needed legs attached and needed tools were Included) though needed two people to safely turn it over. The chairs were fully assembled, the woven seats and backs both beautiful and comfortable. We also ordered cushions for the chairs. Four arrived with the rest of the ordered and the remaining two came shortly after. Communication about their delay was spot on. We are delighted with our set from the table to the chairs to the pretty cushions. Every bit of the process from ordering, communication to delivery was seamless and I have already recommended AuthenTEAK to neighbors who enjoy the comfort and remark on the beauty of our seating ( four captain's chairs and a chat table) and dining areas by Kingsley Bates. Will likely add some lounge chairs and side tables from their collection and will get them through AuthenTEAK.
