Great customer service
After a series of text exchanges answering all the technical questions I posed I ordered a Homary smart toilet in November 2025 and was advised that it would arrive in Australia late February or early March which I thought was totally reasonable allowing for the size and weight of my purchase. Imagine the pleasant surprise when it was delivered on the 5th of January 2026.
Customer service was outstanding and saved me from ordering a toilet which wouldn't have fitted the plumbing
wastes of my bathroom.
Also Homary has now opened a showroom in my home state which is great news.
