Overall very smooth process and good comms.

Have received our basin and it is gorgeous, we are over the moon with it. Looks even better than the advertised photos. The ordering and shipping were hassle free and prompt. I paid using After pay, again no issues at all. This is a glass item, so the packaging had to been secure, strong and very protective. It was indeed. Homary's customer service is professional and of the highest level. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Homary products at all times.

I found it impossible to find a dining table to my specs, here in AU it was one size or the other. Found my size on Homary, they offered various sizes even in large pieces. Initially I was perturbed by a notification that the product would come by sea, however it arrived as estimated, and the piece was excellent quality and perfect for my needs. Good value in comparison local options.

Shipping was quick. Company communicated well on delivery expectations.
