Easy to contact customer service

Shipping took a while (about 6 weeks) but it comes internationally and its a large items. Delivery was perfect, the company they used sent messages updating on when they would come and if i wanted to change the day scheduled. Also gave me a 30 min warning- which is helpful. Ordering was easy- I did find it a little tricky getting updates on the order from the website- it just kept saying ordered but nothing else for a good 3 weeks - so maybe a suggestion is to update that with a bit more detail so people know why nothing has happened. But overall would suggest homary to anyone.
