Two failed delivery attempts despite the authority to leave. Also came in two separate packages from different delivery companies. When dropped off there was no assistance with it and I had to pull it into my house by myself. However all correspondence and issues were dealt with promptly.

Need better communication on delivery day and time, because the item is so heavy and big (2 boxes) on a pallet total weight near 200 kg it needs to be delivered into a garage or secured area and the customer needs to be advised so there is someone onsite to accept the delivery

The outdoor lounge looks great not too hard to assemble. The only downside is the foam cushions which I find have little give, causing them to be hard to sit on .

I am very much satisfied with overall product. The product is durable, the looks of the product is same as it was shown the picture online. Though the assembling was little difficult but it is worth spending for the same.

Product was designed well and looked good. Arrived a little slow. Both boxes were in damaged. But when opened one of the products was bent and out of shape on two corners. Very disappointed Got no response from the seller when I contacted them. Will definitely NOT be buying from Homary again.
