I purchased thinking that this was a local company with a reasonable shipping time, but I had to wait MONTHS for my item to arrive and it was held up in a warehouse for weeks. The product itself is great, though the shipping took way too long and it wasn't clear upon purchasing that this would be the case unfortunately.

We selected 2 sets of light fittings for our new house. One was wooden to go over a breakfast bar and the other fitting came as a pair, they were glass with chains. The order came quite quickly but unfortunately were a disappointment. The wooden light fitting was a different colour to what was advertised on the website (orange) so we ended up putting stain on it to make it dark wood. The other pair were faulty due to the chains being different sizes and could not be fixed. After many emails, pictures and a video sent to Homary, we eventually got our money back via PayPal but with the added bonus of Homary charging us for the reimbursement. Unfortunately I would not use this website again, the product appears cheaply made and is quite expensive for what you get!

Guys. Lamp looks ok. But one of the bulbs is broken. Can you send a replacement, please.

I raised two tickets and they weren't helpful. Also, the product was not made out of brass as advertised. It has a plastic pull out spout which makes it look cheap and I imagine is not very durable. The touch feature is dodgy and has to be touched multiple times to get it to work. It turns me off wanting to order from your store again.

Shipping has taken far to long and no estimated time of delivery has been given
