Pn the positive side Honary was efficient and quick. Unfortunately, through no fault of Honary I was unable to use the product. Honary made generous offers for me to keep the item, give it away or flog it to someone else. Unable to do that I returned it. This was a torturous process organising a carrier and the appropriate paperwork. They were very nice about it but it needed multiple phone calls, the paper work was wrong and had the same address for sender and receiver. It was tedious and messy. Eventually it all got done.

Not enough communication regarding what stage the order is at.

Great although one star has been taken off for the length of time it took to arrive.

Took very long time to deliver, that wasn’t upto the mark.

All the service shipping etc was very professional. Chairs are super comfy and there is a definite wow factor.
