This rug is very messy. After vacuuming it over 25 times is continues to shed fibers daily causing a mess on my floors.

Shipping was fine. Rug arrived as indicated and on time. Packaging was intact.

Difficult process to send back. Not a good experience

Pass the bulk rate piece mail cost on to customers who return goods. Subtract that cost from the refund to recoup those returns if needed. At least we will get a price break from the shipping having kept none of the goods received.

The delivery date was moved up at first then changed to a later date anddidn't make that date either. Finally got the rug tho and it's beautiful. Now I'm trying to get the restaurant card despite having entered all the info. asked for on the online form.
