New 2-1/2 years ago. Our Arctic Spa is taking the tough weather at Bear Lake Idaho better then others. We lost a pump in the middle of winter, thought we'd lose the spa, but the way it's designed it stood the cold. Pump was repaired under warranty and we back and running like new.
