Processing and shipping were prompt and the items were packed well. I researched a lot before I upgraded my water filter to AquaTru. The carafe system is so convenient and my water tastes so clean. I love telling guests that my water purifier filters out pfas, microplastics, voc's and a bunch of other stuff and it's cleaner than most bottled water. I'm very happy with my decision to use AquaTru and I genuinely appreciate them for making such great products!
