She was also just as diligent and expedient when it came to filling out a damage form when some of my tiles were broken! Eternally grateful for her customer service!!

Beautiful tiles

Getting many compliments on the color of the grout I purchased. My second order was found to be an empty box at the carriers location. I was told I had to file a claim even though I never even received it at my location. I was glad that they were able to cover the replacement. I have started another tile project and will be needing more of the same soon.
