Only thing that kept it from getting an excellent was that it was shipped slow-freight even though it wasn't too oversized for regular UPS shipping. I don't necessarily fault the company for this because I got a good deal on the cooktop, but would have been nice to have gotten it a little sooner. I got update emails about the shipping and the package came in perfect condition. The item was exactly as I had ordered it.
