We were only upgrading, not replacing a failed unit. So the excessive order to delivery time wasn't a major issue. The website attempts to update you with the process, but is very vague. For example, it stated waiting for truck to pickupfor weeks. I had no idea where the product was at the time, or how many more days, weeks, or months away it was. When product was 24hrs away, shipping company uses an automated calling system that fails to establish 2 way communications. Be sure not to list more than 1 contact number. System will consider communications have been established by leaving a VM on 1 number, with no attempts to call a second number.
