Great customer service

Love that it takes up less space than the tankless. We had a plumber install it to be safe. Makes a humming noise when you use it but it's faint and doesn't bother us at all.

I have always had a positive experience with APEC. I love supporting American manufacturing. Customer service addressed my concern quickly and concisely. I have yet to have a problem with their products, shipping or support.

Works well. Arrived with no damage. RO Unit installed easily. Wish it had 3/8ths faucet that came with package, but item wa out of stock when purchased. Unit is very quiet.
