I've had my 'under counter' RO system for 8 years now. I find it easy to maintain and I really appreciate the RO water for my drinking and cooking water and my pup's drinking water. I can easily swap out the 3 main filters annually, but I did need help from a friend when changing out the other filters that can go 3-5 years without replacement. My daughter and her fiance are looking to install one of these when they purchase their first house together, because my daughter likes it a lot as well.

Gets the job dine and priced right. I highly recommend this product!

Softener was sent in a timely manner. Installation is delayed due to cold weather

please review page 7 of your instruction manual. It says fig 2 but it's supposed to be fig 5. Otherwise, very nice piece of kit!
