Solid customer service when I had an issue with the cap even though it was outside the warranty period. Has worked like a charm changed the filters a bit over two years after installation despite the testing readings indicating good water quality. Wife ignored the data and made me do it. Happy wife.

Installation was an entire evening of colorful swear words (the instruction manual needs to be updated), but now that it's in, it's oh so good! Our water tastes great and is so much better for our bodies.
