Customer service is excellent. The name "freedrinkingwater. com" is a misnomer. I have referred more than one person, but never received the incentives for very confusing reasons. Now there are no more incentives for referring new customers. I always tout the great, affordable RO systems to others and will continue to do so.

The product was easy to replace and works well overall. The only minor issue is that it makes a little noise while draining, but it’s not a big deal. Still happy with the purchase!
