Does not work- how do I return product for a refund

I had to pay for individual mop pads and the 2 pack was not available. I have purchased items multiple times and felt that I was getting a quality product at high but fair price. This time you eliminated the less expensive 2 pack from the sale. VERY DISAPPOINTING

When should I expect delivery!

Never received via USPS.
