A bit more logistic communication would have been appreciated. Other than that, it was a smooth experience.

The only complaint I have is I was not notified of delivery. I was out of town and the furniture was left on my entry way and my neighbor had to secure it.

Excellent customer service and updates on expected delivery date. Jasmine ALWAYS responded to my correspondence in a timely and professional manner!

Furniture is great. However, I think the packaging could have been a bit better. The table was slightly broken when I unboxed it. Sturdy and easy to assemble through.

Tracking info leaves a lot to be desired but quick responses when I had questions.
