We ordered our chairs (6 of them) in September of 2021 and got them in February of 2022. Each time I emailed asking about order/shipping updates, they emailed me back right away and provided great feedback and service. It was a long wait, but well worth it! The quality is great, especially for the price that we paid. The packaging was well done and nothing was damaged. Thankful that our dinning room is now complete :)
