Item arrived quickly, and was exactly as expected. I love it and the price was 200.00 less than I could find it elsewhere.

Waited a few days to get my answer on shipping; website is good, I really needed the smaller size rug but was told that I would have to wait until July. Asked to an additional discount that was sent to me the day after my order but I was denied so was disappointed as I had just placed my order. Customer service seems non-existent. You have good quality merchandise I had already purchased before back in 2014 from Santa Fe store.

It was a great experience. Great price and fast delivery. Gorgeous rug. My rug is defective though- loops already pulling badly. I’ve only had it a few weeks. Maybe I could get a replacement?
