The dresser itself is beautiful but during shipping both times it was broken. The first time with on crack in the side where to junctions met the top but they were great about getting a replacement sent out right away and telling me I could just donate the other one. The second one arrived totally broken and smashed on both sides. They again were great to work with giving me options and a full refund. I was able to gift them away for free to others in need. I don't know how it can be avoided because this piece is very heavy and I can understand after moving the boxes around twice and needing two people why it comes damaged as there's only one FedEx driver who has to move it on his own so it obviously gets banged around and splits where the joints come together on the sides and top. Sadly going to look locally for something instead because the hassle of coming broken and needed to donate is time consuming.

I would say I had a good experience with American home furniture- I ran into delays with my order due to the manufacturer supply chain issues but American home furniture staff customer service was knowledgeable, communicative and understanding while working to find a solution. I appreciate it and your team’s professional was definitely noticed :)
