Never recieved item -- wrote company and they have not got back with me -- only option is contacting my credit card to initiate a chargeback at this point. Save yourself some trouble and consider alternative place to shop that is more customer centric.

Awful customer service. Cannot speak to anyone. All is done through email. Bought a $5000 rug going on the pictures on their website. It is a COMPLETELY different color. If I return they will take 25% of the total price to restock. That is over $1000.00. That is stealing. Will not compromise in the least. I suggest not buying from this company.

An absolutely terrible experience. We bought a $700 coffee table. Almost 2 weeks later, we are informed that the item is backordered for another 2 weeks. Then it takes another week for them to ship. First the base shows up, then the glass top arrives broken. A week later, I'm informed that the item is backordered again and won't be in for another 3 weeks.

My one and will be only experience with this company. They are selling garage priced like quality furniture.

Requested a replacement because the first bench came in damaged. Didn’t realize the second one would be worse!
