We had a great experience and the frames arrived in excellent condition and very quickly. I should add though that we actually didn't receive any communication updating us regarding when the package was actually shipped, etc.

Excellent quality frame with sufficient strength and stiffness to be used for a large 50" x 40" pastel and with 1/4" spacers. I specified the artwork and acrylic sheet size and American Frame cut the frame to the precise size to allow it to easily be assembled with a perfect fit. Corner cuts were super precise and the frame looks outstanding. The order was fulfilled, shipped and delivered quickly. It was received in perfect condition.

Accidentally was shipped the wrong board, quickly shipped the correct one and received it within 3 days. Great customer service!
