No issues. Exactly as described and quick delivery. Sauna is fab! The loose panel is to act as a buffer between your back and the back heat panels. I couldn’t work it out until I used the sauna without it. Haha. Will use Always Direct again. Was a bit worried initially but all was fine.

Plenty of pedal assist power but also plenty of just battery power. Great to fold up and take camping. Good price and pleasing to the eye.
