We have been using the Copenhagen Sauna for about a month and are very pleased with it. The sauna is easy to operate and provides a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We bought it primarily for its expected therapeutic properties, to ease tired aches and improve quality of sleep. It has already started to deliver on these, and we are confident it will offer long term health benefits. The unit is attractive and sturdily built. Construction was straightforward. Would recommend 3 people for easy assembly, as some parts, especially the front door panel, are large and quite heavy. Instructions are clear and accurate, and components fir together very easily. Build quality is high. The delivery process was prompt and efficient, and Alpine staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Super quick shipping with loads of helpful info via email and phone from the team who explained the size etc so we could ensure we had a trailer the right size to pick up from our local Mainfreight depot.

Hi Team Alpine Spas. We are very happy with our Calgary Spa. When we paid for our spa We also purchased an Eco Cube Heatpump to lower the cost of running the spa. At the time We should’ve ordered the installation kit for $299 for this but didn’t get that option. We would’ve paid for this at the purchase time. Once the spa and Cube arrived we realised this was absolutely necessary. Our Sparky and Plumber did their jobs and now it’s running beautifully. We do thank everyone for their help.
