Fantastic experience from end to end - customer service was great both via email and over the phone when pickup from the Auckland collection point was arranged and the info for pickup + assembly was very helpful. The product itself is amazing, we absolutely love it and we're so glad we decided to go with Alpine.

Exceptionally. Very happy with the product and service from end to end. I found the installation pack may be generic and there are some extra screws etc that im not 100% clear on what they are for or if they are needed but overall im am very happy with this purchase.
