Sales team were great, no hard sell or upsell. Dispatch team called to tell us when to expect the spa and the delivery team delivered on time and took away all the rubbish. Installer arrived on time, explained what he was going to be doing and explained a few bits about the spa. Would definitely recommend getting the platinum service - no fuss or stress trying to set it up yourself.

Easy to deal with alpine spas, was not in stock at the time of purchase, but communication was excellent and picked it up earlier than the estimate
