It took several months to get my item. I contacted customer service,, they determined it was never shipped. They shipped it out right away and I am very happy with the product. It was a webbed frame support that goes underneath the cushion of my wicker loveseat.

While the person I dealt with was wonderful the order was incorrect from what I ordered. I had to pay postage for the return and several conversations later, the order I had originally received was the only one now made. So it was to be resent, when it arrived it was a piece for my glider not the chair. I gave up.

Angelique did a pretty good job keeping on top of Polywood to get my replacement part to me . Thank you Angelique!

From order date to arrival date, had taken longer than expected, but when it was on it way, all notifications and tracking was right on. It was packaged very well when it had arrived on a pre built pallet.

Long wait to get order but the quality of the fire pit was worthy the wait.
