I am a picky gal when it comes to customer service and these folks far surpass any other Company I have dealt with. Easy to order with and the Customer Service Department is fa-nominal!!! I don't think I'll shop with anyone else for the product they offer.

Had a good experience. One small issue with the product. Customer Service went to bat for us with the manufacturer and got the item replaced.

Excellent quality furniture and was wrapped very well for shipping.

Although I admit I had to return my order due to vendor error, my interaction with AllBackyardFun was a pleasant experience (I dealt with a wonderful representative named Shonika), and I have no hesitation in recommending purchasing from this company.

I was super impressed I bought my new fire pit online from all backyard fun.I didn't realize it was one town over when I ordered it. The fire pit shipped from California but when I needed fire glass, I went to the store in Boulder Co. They where so helpful with picking out the glass and getting me all taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
