All Backyard Fun

I know that seems like a pretty ridiculous way to start a review of a product, but I truly am beyond ecstatic about this purchase. From beginning to end of the order process, this order was a breeze. I had two questions for All Backyard customer service so I called. A real person answered the phone and treated my like royalty. She is so lovely I would have to write that even if she had not been able to fulfill my special request. BUT she WAS able to fulfill it. All Backyard is all about customer service and providing top quality products at fair prices. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat - in fact upon completing the setup for this Oriflamme fire pit, I immediately went to the All Backyard website to see if there was anything else I might be interested in purchasing because I was so pleased. And not to be outdone, the Oriflamme fire pit itself is gorgeous. Who would turn down a fire pit that holds two tanks for the same price as a pit that holds only one tank? The set up is simple and you will need two people as the manufacturer video shows. The time consuming thing was arranging the glass pieces in the burner and that took maybe 5 minutes using three different colors of glass. Two tanks, pleasant and accommodating customer service - who knew life could be this good?

We recently purchased four Polywood modern Adirondack chairs to coordinate with our new fire pit. The chairs were very well-made. They were very easy to assemble and look great with the pit. I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

Their customer support is awesome. The granite top broke during delivery and when I called to order a new one, they offered to send one free of charge. The breakage was unfortunate and due to a number of actors, including myself. They took responsibility for it regardless of fault. I haven't fired up the pit, but it is beautiful and well constructed. They are easily a 5 star company in both product and customer service!

Not only is the fire pit gorgeous, the customer service department (Angelique) is probably the best of any company I have worked with. She followed me all the way from beginning to end!! Allbackyardfun will always be my “go to” place!!!! So so so very satisfied!!!
