Service after the sale
I have two of the throws. They’re very expensive. I think they are very handsome.
But was so disappointed with Service after the sale. Discovered one of them had an inexplicable hole in it. It did not come that way. But puzzled how the hole got there.
Called the company, and explained my plight
Sent the throw back to the company for assistance.
Eventually got a phone call that said there was nothing they could do. They just threw their hands up, and threw me in the grease.
Did a little research locally and found a Reweaver
She did a great job closing the hole.
Hard to believe that the company that wove it in the first place couldn’t fix it. Very very disappointed. Their indifference to my plight is was maddening
